Don is a M&A specialist focusing on operational transaction advice. He has over 15 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions and prior to his consulting career he worked for 7 years in the chemical industry.

Over the last couple of years he has been involved many ESG related matters. Don holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering and a MBA. He has broad international experience having lived in the Netherlands, UK and US.
