In her over 6 years’ experience she gained a knowledge in broad Org Design topics, from Target Operating Model to high-level and detailed org transformations to Workforce Transition, in different contexts (incl. M&A). Her main focus is within the Consumer industry, although she gained a wide experience across different industries.
