I am a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Customer Strategy & Applied Design practice. I have a focus on clients in the Consumer industry, specifically in the Transportation, Hospitality & Services sector. My expertise is centered around supporting our customers in answering key strategic questions in the commercial domain (sales & marketing), driving customer value and revenue growth. Next to this, I’m also the value space lead for Corporate Mobility within our Future of Mobility practice, supporting clients in defining their vision on corporate mobility to support business objectives and employer/employee needs.
