I’m focused on HR Transformation within Human Capital. I like to see Deloitte Netherlands’ clients move through the full process of imagining their future and translating that vision right through to its implementation. I thrive on the combination of innovation and creativity that is needed for our clients to continually evolve their business for sustained growth.

My career has exclusively focused on major transformation programmes, and I have spent the last fifteen years focused on shaping and delivering HR transformations among large consumer clients. I have worked across most industries and geographies, providing me with a unique lens through which I look at the societal challenges we work on as a firm.

Among my colleagues, I am best known for my in-depth content knowledge of HR transformations, and critical thinking. I like to solve problems by bringing a humble, non-egotistical, open, and collaborative approach, sharing and collaborating on ideas and thinking across my team. I am always happy that when it gets tough, my team members know that I have their backs, and that they are trusted and supported in all situations.
