In cooperation with other practices in Deloitte Consulting, we have a complete strategy how to mature into an Enterprise Business Planning, also known as XP&A or Connected Planning. Expert knowledge are both on the EBP strategy and on each individual planning process, including FP&A, demand, S&OP, supply, workforce, procurement, commerce and marketing.
