Ivan Martinez

Ivan is a manager at Deloitte Consulting and works in the Customer Solutions service line of the Deloitte Digital practice in the Netherlands. He has over 10 years of experience in Management Consulting where he worked on large scale Digital Transformation projects in (mostly) the Consumer Business and Retail industries. Within the CRM domain, Ivan focusses on data driven marketing, optimizing Customer Experience and Customer Engagement, Lead Management and how this all translates back to the client’s core CRM processes.
