Jeffry Keulaerds is a Partner of the Telecommunication, Media and Technology (TMT) practice of Deloitte Netherlands. He leads the Technology sector within the TMT practice in the Netherlands. Jeffry is a Tax Partner in the Tax Compliance & Reporting practice of Deloitte Tax in Amsterdam. Over the past fifteen years, Jeffry has been advising/auditing various national and international companies with a special focus on tax accounting/reporting. Jeffry has extensive experience in tax accounting and reporting, including IFRS conversions, carve-out transactions and other M&A related transactions for large multinationals.
