I have been a management consultant my whole career with 20+ years experience in Commercial Strategy, CRM, Sales force Effectiveness, Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation projects. I am the Offering Lead for Advertising, Marketing & Commerce. This offering aims to help our clientx target the right audience, at the right moment, through the right channel with the right content and experience. This through defining and building digital capabilities to execute on this. Typically this involves technology (customer data, marketing automation, ecommerce tooling), content (brand strategy, UX/UI design, campaign content) and operating model components (governance set-up, make/buy decisions, skill building and organisation restructuring) in our projects. Before joining Deloitte I worked for Accenture in various positions.
