I lead the SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) Integrated Services in North Holland. We serve our clients up to 50 mio with integrated services, such as accounting, tax support, IT, M&A support, and human resources. We deliver a full-service, one-stop-shop model to our clients. I help people to strive for the best for both their enterprise and society at large.

Over the course of my career, I’ve learned to adapt and reflect to become a trusted business advisor for my clients, and a better leader for my teams. To empower and energise my colleagues gives me energy. Helping people grow makes me proud of what I am doing.
