At Deloitte I work as a senior manager at the Resilience, Crisis and Reputation team within Risk Advisory. In this team we work day-to-day at building resilient organizations that can effectively tackle disturbances, incidents and crises that come their way. In doing so I bring operational experience from being an active fire fighter.

I specialize in the process of professionalizing crisis management and crisis management structures. This means setting op processes and procedures for effective crisis management, as well as enhancing understanding of professional behavior in this field.

I have prior experience as program manager in this domain on different topics in relation to crisis management. Examples include information management and intelligence, psychosocial support and long term recovery after disasters.
