Linda van Hal

Linda focuses on financial regulatory law in relation to national, international and European regulatory matters affecting banks, insurers, payment service providers, investment firms, investment funds, trust offices and (other) financial entities. She also has extensive experience with AML CFT and (special) duty of care matters.

Linda advises on various aspects of financial market regulations, license applications and regulatory frameworks. With her “can do” attitude she pragmatically brings day-to-day operations in line with regulatory requirements, supervisory authorities’ expectations and market practice. Linda was recently team leader in a large remediation project in the financial sector.
