Marie Oudemans

Marie is a tax lawyer in the International Tax & Transfer Pricing team in Amsterdam.

Marie serves a variety of multinationals, advising on various tax and transfer pricing aspects on international restructurings, IP and financing structures, value chain optimization and APA/ATR negotiations.

Marie is responsible for the tax technical development of the international tax team, participates in cross-border technical sessions and assists with drafting of formal tax opinions. She is secretary of the section Investment Climate of the Dutch Tax Advisors’ Association (NOB).

Marie has done a one year assignment at Deloitte’s Dutch Desk in New York. She graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a degree in Tax Law.
