I lead the Future of Work team in the Netherlands, advising clients on envisioning their preferred business future and humanizing work by enabling people to do what people do best and technology what technology does best. We help to identify the relevant workforce shifts, such as new and changing roles and capabilities and the new flexible workforce options that have opened up with gig work and crowdsourcing, and we enable organizations to adapt the workplace towards a hybrid work future with all the relevant changes in their human experience.

Within that area, I have specific expertise in workforce transformation, where we architect and activate the workforce through talent mobility and new workforce models. While I have experience in all industries, I mostly specialize in energy, resources and industrials.
