Mark Casey

Mark is based in Amsterdam and focuses on technology-led M&A both for Dutch corporates, financial investors and emerging growth companies.

He now leads the Technology and Financial Services Industry sectors in corporate finance.

Mark has a long history in M&A, Finance and Risk Management and has advised on many transactions in the digital consumer domain in financial services, telecoms and in media, and both in developed and in emerging markets.

He was the global industry leader of Deloitte's Telecoms, Media & Entertainment and Sports Practice. He was also a member of the Deloitte Global TMT Executive during that time. In addition, he was the global sponsor for industry learning platforms across DTTL member firms.

He has also led our Japanese and Chinese services groups out of Africa and served a 4-year term on the Deloitte board of directors in South Africa.

During his 38 year career with Deloitte, Mark has been the lead partner for a number of our global accounts in Media, Telecoms and in Banking, and been global advisory partner for a number of Asia headquartered multinational clients.

He has worked out of Dublin, London, Johannesburg.
