Marlieke Bakker

As a manager I mainly support healthcare institutions and medical device companies by advising them about legal and regulatory matters in the field of privacy and data protection, security, medical devices, health law and commercial contracting.

In 2017 and 2018 I was seconded 1,5 years to a top clinical hospital in the Netherlands. As a privacy officer I provided legal advice to internal and external stakeholders, drafted and reviewed numerous contracts (data processing agreements, clinical trial agreements, etc.) and helped developing and implementing a major privacy project.

In 2019 I completed a post-graduate specialization course in health law at the Grotius Academy.
