Matthijs Wouterse

Matthijs is Partner in the Dutch Valuation & Modelling team, leading the ER&I (Energy, Resources & Industrials) industry team. He has extensive experience with delivering complex business valuations and financial analyses, to assist corporate and public clients with pursuing their goals, ranging from conducting strategic feasibility studies, business case analysis, (regulatory) financial modelling, valuations, M&A support and financial reporting.

Matthijs has specific expertise regarding Dutch energy infrastructure and network assets (TSO, DSOs, heat and drinking water) (including translating regulatory effects into financial impact) and renewable energy assets (solar and wind).

In addition, Matthijs facilitates WHOA valuations in restructuring processes and can act as independent valuator in dispute situations of in case of damage calculations.
