As a senior manager within Business Process Transformation I have over 20 years of experience in Business Process Management. I combine methodologies regarding process design and improvement with the use of modern techniques amongst which dynamic case management to help organizations launch new products, improve service delivery or implement changes in an agile way.
Next to my assignments in which I adopt roles like strategic advisor or architect, I also conduct research in my area of expertise. I am author of several books and articles on process management and leveraging technology to provide tailored service delivery.
