Michiel takes a pro-active and high energy approach to leading transformations. He is an expert on the topic of technology platforms, governance, commercial excellence, digital transformation and next generation sales, service, and marketing processes. Next to his role in Deloitte’s Customer and Marketing practice, Michiel is also the Lead Partner for Nike and PostNL in The Netherlands.
