Paul has over 9 years of experience in reward and tax matters in a deal environment. He has a focus on the design and implementation of incentive and investment plans from a commercial, financial, legal and tax perspective.

Paul has a strong focus on the reward integration during the different phases in a transformation and/or deal cycle and leveraging management (deal) success based on a multi-competence approach, C-suite relationships and multi-technical skilled people.
