I feel my global perspective helps me in navigating our course in an increasingly international context and it has been instrumental in building my vision on the future of leadership. It gives me a lot of energy to collaborate with fun and diverse people, who at the same time are highly driven and skilled.

Throughout my career, I have learned the most from things that didn't turn out as I had planned. Those occasions make you reflect, and you come out as a better person and professional. For me, it has resulted in even more frequent and continuous communication. And speak up on topics that are dear to me, such as people leadership and growth.
