Pieter van den Berg

As a partner in the Financial Advisory Valuations & Modelling team, I help my clients with buy-side advisory, financial modelling and valuation assignments. These can include fairness opinions, arbitrage, tax valuations, M&A valuations and financial reporting valuations. I get the most drive and energy working on large, challenging, and integrated assignments together with my talented team of eager young professionals. It is my ambition and drive to expand the FA Valuations & Modelling practice by providing integrated transaction accounting services for both our financial services clients and our broader client base.

I believe that it is crucial to devote your time to activities you like, have a purpose, and energize you. What excites me the most is to challenge myself on how to differentiate Deloitte’s offerings in the market,educate and support our clients, and to engage my team to purposefully contribute to themes and trends we see in the market. I give freedom and responsibilities to my colleagues, while I am still involved and supportive if needed. This has given the opportunity for my colleagues to take ownership and produce solid and creative solutions for our clients. My intrinsic drive, flexibility and can-do mentality have resulted in very satisfied and recurring clients.
