Pim Aerts

Pim is Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, within the Department of Strategy & Operations. Pim focuses on the improvement and innovation of primary processes in the banking and insurance sector.

Pim has over 15 years experience in the financial sector, of which more than 10 in consulting and project management roles, and 5 years in various roles at a large Dutch banking/insurance organization.

In recent years Pim has particularly been engaged in Operational Transformation projects, from the Greenfield design of a mortgage bank, post-merger integration of large Insurance companies to the implementation of process improvements through Process Robotics.
