At Deloitte the team and I help clients prepare, respond and recover from crisis and high impact events. We focus on three major pillars to help protect society and create lasting change: safety & security, enterprise trust & reputation, and social resilience & critical infrastructure.

We implement complex programs, structures, controls and we test these using various forms of simulations. We help clients across all risk areas (e.g. cyber threats, physical threats, supply chain risk, financial & regulatory risk).

Before joining Deloitte I held different roles in the Netherlands Armed Forces, it has taught me to keep things pragmatic, effective and to people-focused. Security, crises, resilience, it’s been the red thread in my career and to protect our society is what truly motivates me.
