In leading the TMT industry I focus on keeping Deloitte at the forefront of technological developments, helping our clients in making an impact on society and their customers, and being the driving force behind their digital transformation in a purpose-led way.

I combine this with my 15+ years of mergers and acquisitions knowledge, working on transactions of all sizes, primarily providing acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence, and carve-out support.
