I am part of Deloitte Digital’s Digital Customer team, where my main focus is implementing Salesforce CRM solutions at clients. This means we help clients drive digital transformation in their organization through the Salesforce platform. Besides configuration I like to facilitate workshops with clients and work closely with these clients to improve their business processes. Next to that I’m part of the Next Generation Service team within Deloitte. This team focusses on the future of Service processes to help our clients improve their digital service strategy.
