Ronald Brouwer

Ronald is a goal-oriented, advanced analytics enthusiast with a demonstrated history of creating sound data pipelines and apply several modeling techniques to generate advanced insights so that clients act with confidence in making (responsible) decisions. He mainly focuses on clients within the public sector to guide them in using data to become more transparent and citizen-oriented, while guaranteeing quality.

He has a scientific background in modeling sediment dynamics in coastal areas from which his interest in AI and machine learning originates. Within Deloitte he actively uses his knowledge by being involved in several competence centers around AI, e.g. computer vision and NLP.

His experience as a professional field hockey player (o.a. Olympic silver medal) has made him believe strongly in the power of building strong and effective teams to solve complex problems by bringing out people’s unique qualities.
