Roos Erkelens

Rose is manager at Deloitte Consulting and works in the Change Management service line of Deloitte's Human Capital practice in the Netherlands. She has 8 years of experience in change management working for companies in the consumer industry, Finance, but above all the health ecosystem. Rose holds a PhD in behavioural science and knowledge management and has experience in leading change for behavioral and cultural changes, digital transformations, guiding leader led and purpose led change, as well as restructuring organizations and new ways of working. Within her service line, she leads the Organization Change team.
