Rutger te Slaa

Rutger te Slaa is a Partner in the Deloitte’s M&A tax team with a focus on real estate and hotel transactions. Rutger is currently based in the Amsterdam office after secondments to our New York and London offices. Rutger has more than 10 years of experience working in our Amsterdam and London transaction teams specialising in providing tax structuring and due diligence advice in relation to pan-European real estate transactions.

Rutger has experience of working on complex real estate transactions for major real estate companies, private equity funds and institutional funds. In addition, he has also been involved in developing, setting up and expansion of (international) real estate investment funds.
