Sander is part of Deloitte’s Legal Commercial Law team, focusing on commercial contracting, IT and Technology. Sander has over 5 years professional experience. Currently Sander focuses on advising clients on commercial contracts, IT law related matters and legal support in IT outsourcing projects.

Sander has gained broad experience in setting up of legal & regulatory frameworks and drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts, IT related contracts such as cloud outsourcing, collaboration agreements, terms & conditions etc. for both national and international clients in the FSI, TMT-industry, healthcare sector and manufacturers of consumer and industrial products.
