Sebastian Spauwen

Sebastian is a partner in Deloitte’s Tax / Global Employer Services practice. He is very experienced in Dutch employment tax and specializes in cross border employment. Sebastian’s expertise concerns international tax law, income tax law, wage tax law and (international) social security legislation (for example salary splits, cross boarder employees and the allocation of income as well as determining the social security position and administrative compliance consequences). Amongst others he also has experience concerning due diligence projects, court cases and payroll (process) reviews.
