Shauna Jin

Shauna Jin is the Service Design Lead at Deloitte Digital in Amsterdam with a passion for tackling environmental and social sustainability issues.

Her work at Deloitte focuses on bridging human-centered innovation and emerging tech through a combination of design research, creative facilitation, speculative futuring, service design, and training other colleagues and clients to do it themselves.

She has worked with clients in technology, financial services, telecom, retail, consumer and industrial products, as well as healthcare.

Her academic background is in design and engineering. She holds a Ph.D. in sustainable innovation in product design.
