Shay Danon

As a Senior Manager within the Privacy team of Deloitte Risk Advisory, Shay specializes in Dutch and European privacy legislation. Shay has a thorough knowledge of the legal and organizational aspects of data privacy. In her daily work, she combines her legal and technical knowledge with project management skills in order to find practical, manageable and understandable solutions for complex issues. She has broad experience working on (major) international projects in various sectors, however her main focus is the consumer industry. In the past years, Shay has been developing Deloitte’s Privacy Response services, which help businesses to prevent and respond to incidents involving personal data. Shay is also part of the Digital Regulations team, which sits within the broader privacy practice, where she focusses on the new regulations coming from the Europe fit for a Digital Age program of the European Commission.
