Sies Perneel

As a member of the Global Business Tax team, Sies is specialized in international tax structuring and has a strong focus on clients active in the offshore and maritime industry. Sies has worked on projects varying from international tax structuring to financing projects for listed and investor-owned companies, particularly with the tax aspects related to ship financing and the tonnage regime. Sies also has extensive experience in tax ruling negotiations with the Dutch tax authorities.
