Vera Vos-Dekker

As Audit Sustainability Lead within Deloitte Netherlands Vera is committed to contribute to making the world, and Deloitte along with it, a better place.

Vera has a broad experience as Audit Partner for large global listed clients. Over the years she has gained a deep understanding of complex (accounting) issues and challenges faced by clients and has worked closely with audit committee members, management boards and operational managers to design and implement process improvements from a control, accounting and regulatory perspective. This interaction with different levels of management has given her insight into the political dynamics of organizations. Client feedback highly values Vera’s ability to identify the real issues, not to shy away from discussion and thinking along in solutions.

Furthermore, she is co-Purpose Lead within our Audit practice, a client greenhouse lab facilitator, active within the NBA, chair of the oversight board of PMA EPDA University of Amsterdam (UvA), member of the UvA advisory board and a member of the advisory board of the Deloitte Impact Foundation.
