Wilfrid Donkers

Wilfrid has over fifteen years of real estate experience. He is a director within the Real Estate Financial Advisory practice of Deloitte. Wilfrid has in-depth  knowledge in the Real Estate and Financial Services Industry.

Wilfrid is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a certified real estate valuer.  As a real estate valuation expert he is involved in valuations and valuation advisory for real estate funds, hotels operations, construction companies and development companies. He is an expert in analyzing large real estate portfolios and due diligence purposes.
