Daniel Tomescu is a Manager within the Financial Advisory of Deloitte Romania with hands-on experience in eDiscovery, IT Forensics, IT Audit, Fraud investigation, Compliance, Risk Assessment, Internal Control and Audit, KYC, Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Terrorism Financing processes.
Daniel has more than 4 years of experience in eDiscovery and IT forensic confidential, complex e-Discovery projects, including data collection, processing, data management, validations, and productions in various industries, such as, but not limited to, aerospace manufacturing, insurance, consultancy, chemical as well as in an e-Discovery project for a major automotive company. Prior to joining Deloitte, he was observing compliance and risk assessment for fast growing financial institutions, along designing, implementing, and monitoring new and effective systems and procedures for industry-first financial instruments.
