At Deloitte, learning never stops! We are committed to developing leaders at every level of the organisation.

Opened in June 2016, Deloitte University Asia Pacific (DU AP) has since delivered various learning and leadership workshops and seminars for our talents at all levels. DU AP was recently relocated from Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa to a new location with 5-star facilities, at Sofitel Hotel in Sentosa.

With the unique and campus-like environment, DUAP aims to develop Deloitte practitioners’ leadership skills while providing enriching learning experiences and tools to deliver service excellence to clients across the region and to ensure that Deloitte remains a place where leaders thrive and ideas prosper.

The courses are led by Deloitte leaders who share their industry experiences and knowledge. Attendees of these courses are given the chance to step out of the office and learn how to sharpen their skills as they advance to the various stages in their career.

The curriculum at the DU AP include business development, leadership, functional, and industry learning and the courses offered range from negotiation, developing business strategy, leadership excellence to C-suite management.

Apart from undertaking courses and learning from the best, Deloitte staff from all over Asia Pacific get the opportunity to mingle and network with colleagues, which forms an important part of the experience.
