The purpose, for which your personal data in the extent of the filled-out registration form will be processed, is sending of the marketing communication as well as information of commercial and advertising nature concerning activities of Controllers and other Deloitte Entities. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the alleged purpose is your consent.

In case where the data processing include the transfer outside of the European Union (EU) the transfer is based on EU approved standard contractual clauses, thus ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection as required by the applicable data protection laws.

The personal data controller and data processors shall establish technological, physical, administrative and procedural safeguards all in line with the industry accepted standards in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity or accessibility of personal data processed; prevent the unauthorized use of or unauthorized access to personal data processed or prevent a personal data breach (security incident) in accordance with applicable laws.

PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS

The personal data will be made accessible to the following categories of recipients: the authorized employees and representatives of the Personal Data Controllers and Personal Data Processors as well as entities that belong to Deloitte CE² group of companies.

Personal data may be also disclosed to the competent authorities as authorized by the applicable law.

RETENTION PERIOD

The personal data will be processed until the withdrawal of your consent, however not longer than 5 years following the granting of the consent. After the expiry of the aforementioned period, the personal data will be permanently deleted.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

As personal data subject you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data as well as rectification or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or object to processing, and you also have right to data portability, right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to obtain a copy of your processed personal data. All rights described in this paragraph can be enforced by sending an e-mail request to the data controller at deloitteSK@deloitteCE.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the Slovak Republic in case you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the applicable laws.

Provision of your personal data is voluntary; should your personal data be not provided and your consent not granted, the information of commercial and advertising nature may not be sent to you.
