Michal Kopanič has been the Partner-in-Charge of the Consulting business at Deloitte in Slovakia and leads the M&A consulting team in the CEE region. Over the last twenty years, he has held various executive and senior management positions. He has a proven track record in strategic and transformed businesses, M&A, post-merger integration, digitization, implementation of technologies and solutions, building Shared Services Centres for major companies operating in the financial and energy sectors in the US, UK, continental Europe, Middle East and Africa, CIS region, and Asia.
