Life at Deloitte

Deloitte University is one of the most visible and important investments we make in our people. It’s where learning meets leadership. It’s where 175 years of knowledge, experience, and values are fostered and passed on. And it’s where we develop leaders who make an impact that matters for each other, our clients, and the communities we serve.

How we lead

Bringing our people together

DU: The Leadership Center in India’s collaborative environment brings our best thought leaders together, encourages meaningful conversations, and builds long-lasting human connections.

We continue to focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience for our people, clients, and community.

Established in 2013, DU: The Leadership Center in India is the center of curiosity, learning, and discovery. We commit to the growth of our professionals and clients and encourage them to network and collaborate.

  • We have trained thousands of professionals since 2013.
  • We have delivered more than a million learning hours since the opening of DU: The Leadership Center in India.

At DU: The Leadership Center in India, we celebrate the culture of learning. Tailored sessions themed around clients and industries, personal development, and leadership further our commitment to the growth of leaders of tomorrow.

Some of our marquee programs include:

  • Wheel of Wow: A program designed for children aged 8-14 years, that aims to hone their creativity, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Deloitte Young Leader Program: A program that reinforces Deloitte’s culture of ‘paying it forward’—to the future generation. DYLP is a specially curated leadership program for teens.
  • Step Up—With this, we intend to focus on developing corporate skills for engineering students, STEM learning, and the development of the women workforce.

Through various initiatives and programs, our intent is to support and empower the developing empathetic leaders of tomorrow and give back to the community.

DU: The Leadership Center in India has collaborated with local artisans to procure sustainable jute bags and crafts. We seek to empower the communities not just by helping them grow their business, but also by making them tech-friendly through activities and sessions at the facility. Our approach is ever-evolving and the retired technology of our facility, including robotic kits, goes to the underprivileged youth of our community.
