Health is top of mind right now, and in many forms. We’re increasingly focused on the health of individuals—our family members’, our teammates’, and our own physical and mental well-being. We’re also focused on the health of the collective—organizational health, as supply chain and logistics issues continue to plague companies across the globe, consumer behavior remains altered by the pandemic, and organizations’ sustained success grows more uncertain in the continually disrupted business environment; industry and sector health, as new entrants and cross-industry players shake the status quo, and pressure mounts for self-regulation on issues such as data privacy and protection; and societal and environmental health, as public health concerns and climate change

realities become increasingly impactful external drivers of change within organizations.

Health is a work in progress—and, for many, it’s priority No. 1. Recent global events have posed real and tangible threats to personal and collective health, but they’ve also made us more aware of the opportunities afforded by achieving an improved state of well-being. This issue offers research and insights into how organizations can work on thriving and prospering at all levels.

Cheers to your good health.
