Kelly serves as Vice Chair and US Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) Industry Leader and is responsible for a multi-billion-dollar revenue plan and investment decisions regarding accounts, talent and solution innovation. She leads the development and execution of our ER&I strategy, growth plans, innovation agenda and global collaboration.
Kelly Herod is a principal of Deloitte Consulting LLP and is an experienced executive with a track record of driving growth through setting business and enterprise level strategies, driving profitable operations and scaling and developing diverse talent. Prior to her current role, Kelly led our US SAP Technology practice and alliance.
She is frequently asked to speak at major marketplace conferences such as the World Economic Forum, Consumer Electronics Show, SAP’s Sapphire Conference, Reuter’s Global Energy Transition Conference as well as on The Female Quotient panels.
Kelly is an active member of the Dallas community. She is a member of Texas Christian University’s MBA Consulting Advisory Group and a Dallas ASCEND Global Leaders panelist and sponsor. She previously served on the board of the Children’s Chorus of Greater Dallas for 11 years, as the Strategy Chair and Vice-Chair.
Kelly is passionate about building the next generation of leaders, especially focused on inspiring children in STEM and advancing underrepresented leaders. She is featured in Ella the Engineer, a children’s comic book series created to inspire children and girls to pursue STEM.
