Tim Murphy is a senior manager and research leader for Deloitte’s Research & Insights organization. As a researcher and analytical scientist with Deloitte Global, he focuses on understanding how organizations successfully undergo large scale transformations that grow the business, bolster operations, and make the enterprise more resilient against external shocks and disruptions.

Aditya Narayan is a research specialist (assistant manager) for Deloitte’s Research & Insights organization. As a research specialist his work focuses on how organizations can improve their trust levels with stakeholders, carry out successful organization transformation journeys, and make important pivots in their business model to fuel growth and create value for their stakeholders.

Roxana Corduneanu is a manager with Deloitte LLP’s Center for Integrated Research where she specializes in trust and future of work thought leadership. She completed her PhD in management at the University of Glasgow and was a visiting researcher at the University of Sydney. Her work has been published in top-tier academic journals, covering themes such as rewards management, work motivation and public sector management.

Jonathan Holdowsky is a senior manager in Deloitte’s Center for Integrated Research. In this role, he has managed a wide array of thought leadership initiatives on issues of strategic importance to clients in consumer and manufacturing sectors. His research has explored the promise of emerging technologies like AI, cloud, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, and blockchain/digital assets, among other areas. His recent work has focused on neurodiversity as well as the role that trust plays in every aspect of human endeavor.

Natasha Buckley is a senior manager and research leader for Deloitte’s Research & Insights organization. Her research focuses on the intersection of technology and societal trends with organizational culture, ethics and trust. At Deloitte, she leads multiple large research collaborations with academic institutions including MIT and the Fletcher School at Tufts.
