Brenna Sniderman leads the Center for Integrated Research, where she oversees cross-industry thought leadership for Deloitte. In this capacity, Sniderman leads a team of researchers focused on global shifts in digital transformation, trust, climate, and the future of work—how organizations can operate and strategize in an age of digital, cultural, environmental, and workplace transformation.

Brad Kreit is a senior research leader with Deloitte’s Center for Integrated Research where he is focusing on the future of work. Prior to this, he worked as a foresight strategist focused on helping organizations make sense of long-term trends.

Monika Mahto is the India Research Leader for Deloitte Center for Integrated Research. Mahto has over 12 years’ experience in research focused on digital innovations related to additive and advanced manufacturing, future of work, Industry 4.0, the Internet of Things, and other advanced technologies. She has developed original quantitative and qualitative frameworks by using various research methodologies. In her role, she collaborates with other thought leaders, industry executives, and academicians to deliver insights into the strategic and organizational implications of these technologies. She is based in Mumbai, India.

Saurabh Bansode is a researcher at the Deloitte Center for Integrated Research. He supports end-to-end research, execution, and program management for emerging research topics related to digital transformation and the future of work.

Roxana Corduneanu is a manager with Deloitte LLP’s Center for Integrated Research where she specializes in trust and future of work thought leadership. She completed her PhD in management at the University of Glasgow and was a visiting researcher at the University of Sydney. Her work has been published in top-tier academic journals, covering themes such as rewards management, work motivation and public sector management.

Abha Kulkarni is an assistant manager with the Deloitte Center for Integrated Research, Deloitte Services India Pvt. Ltd. She supports the Future of Work campaign by analyzing workforce data across industries and regions. Her primary focus is on applying quantitative research techniques to enable data-driven research insights.
