Alison Roy

Alison is a managing director for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Operations Transformation practice. She is also the Health Care leader for Deloitte’s Center for Process Bionics and the Robotics & Intelligent Automation practice, bringing process mining and automation capabilities to clients across the industry.

Alison has more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing solutions to significantly improve business capabilities and drive bottom line. With a focus in health care, she has served a wide variety of health care organizations, including health plans, PBMs, and hospital systems; and has worked across all customer segments. She is known for bringing new technologies and innovative ideas to larger transformation initiatives to achieve desired outcomes faster. Alison’s work ranges across growth strategies, scaling and optimizing new programs, operating model redesign, business process improvement, automation, and M&A integration.
