Brian is a principal in Deloitte’s Strategy & Analytics practice. Brian has more than 15 years of retail experience, spanning the retail value chain. Specific work includes merchandising, supply chain, store ops, and enabling analytics & technology.
Brian has advised dept., specialty, mass, and grocery retailers through growth strategy and business transformation engagements, including merch & supply chain trans., assortment, org. structure design, process redesign, inventory management, and capacity planning. His experience in these areas extends from strategic design to implementation and sustainment.
He received his MBA with distinction from New York University’s Stern School of Business with specializations in Finance, Strategy and Marketing. He also has a dual-BA in Economics and Film Studies from Dartmouth College.
