Bill Siren

Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry including 21 years as a consulting executive and nine years in hospital administration. He is a leader in Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations practice. Prior to joining Deloitte, Bill’s experience includes four years as a managing director and the US health care practice leader for a global consulting firm and 10 years as partner-in-charge of health care consulting for a large certified public accountant/advisory firm in Nashville. He also served as a hospital administrator with two hospital organizations earlier in his career. Bill is a trusted advisor for many large hospital system and health care clients.

Throughout his career, Bill has advised more than 700 health care organizations including hospital systems, health plans, ambulatory companies, behavioral health, home health, etc. in the areas of strategy development and execution as well as strategic growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and partnership arrangements. Bill has led hundreds of engagements related to M&A in the health care space. These engagements have included M&A strategy, pre-merger integration planning, post-merger integration, and establishing and running integration management offices. He has also developed and executed partnership strategies for many large hospital systems and academic medical centers.

Bill also advises private equity firms interested in investing in the health care arena and works with attorneys on various health care business and legal matters.
