Over his career, Caram has led functional and enterprise-wide transformation efforts for several of the nation’s top healthcare organizations.
Casey leads Deloitte’s Center of Excellence for Human Capital Finance Transformation and frequently presents on the finance talent and the future of finance. Casey advises CFOs and finance leaders across industries on talent issues and enhancing finance capabilities and value delivered by transitioning to the Future of Work.
Caram holds an MBA in strategy and leadership from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
