Curtis Hildt

Curt serves as the Office Tax managing partner of Deloitte’s North Texas market and has more than 25 years of experience serving a wide range of clients in the manufacturing, technology, aerospace, sports, retail, and private wealth industries.

He advises clients on numerous tax and business matters, such as income tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, accounting for income taxes, stock options and equity planning, executive compensation, and other federal, state, and international tax matters. Curt serves companies ranging from start-ups to larger Securities and Exchange Commission registrants.

Curt graduated from Brigham Young University with a Master of Accounting (Taxation).
