Chandan Karnik

Chandan Karnik is a principal within Deloitte Consulting‘s Government and Public Services Federal Health Practice. Karnik has 25 years of consulting experience supporting multiple healthcare clients including the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), commercial pharma and biotech, and nonprofit health clients. Karnik’s broad range of expertise includes mission-driven strategic planning, operating model design and implementation, organizational redesign, governance and program design, and IT strategy and strategic communications. He is currently supporting a number of clients with an Emergency Preparedness and Response mission focus.
